At EIG Wellness Solutions, I provide clinical therapy specifically designed for those who are used to carrying it all. Whether you are an educator navigating the unique burnout of the school system, a high-achieving working mom battling the weight of perfectionism, or a parent seeking a safe harbor for your adolescent, this is your space to exhale.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and working mom with deep roots in the education system, I understand that true wellness isn't just the absence of stress—it’s the presence of peace and the resilience to stay grounded when life feels loud. My approach is clinical, compassionate, and deeply rooted in the belief that you don’t have to sacrifice your mental health to be successful.
Specialized support for those in the "helping" professions to navigate compassion fatigue and reclaim their emotional energy
Moving beyond the "hustle" to help you dismantle the patterns of over-functioning and find a sustainable sense of self.
Deep work for the woman who is tired of "holding it all together" and is ready to process the patterns holding her back.
Helping the next generation build the emotional intelligence and coping strategies necessary to thrive in high-pressure environments.
I provide support that fits your life—without extra steps.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" that details the anticipated cost of your medical care. The law mandates that healthcare providers furnish patients without insurance, or those not utilizing insurance, with an estimated bill for medical goods and services. You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for the projected total cost of any non-emergency items or services, including related expenses such as medical tests, prescription medications, equipment, and hospital fees. Ensure your healthcare provider provides you with a written Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your medical service or item. You may also request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider, or any other provider of your choice, before scheduling an item or service. If the bill you receive exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute it. Please retain a copy or image of your Good Faith Estimate. For inquiries or additional information regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
